i'am working on the lods and i need the template/PSD from the texture called "fb_wheel and fb_wheel_map". I must added some parts/fill the holes for the BBS rim for the lods. Can you upload to mega.
I have some wishes and found an issue with the template of the Flachbau. On thursday i'am back at home and make some pictures.
Ok, this problems in the template will interfere with the damage/dirt layer? Now that I have a complete sorted PC again (I had to reinstall windows) I was about to start those textures.
so, i found a little bit time to make some screenshots........
The skin has a few artifacts that come from the AO layer in the template. You can see them on the white skins very clearly, they can also be seen on the colored skins. Other vehicle parts are also affected. In my experience, the creation of an AO is often a bit too small and must be reworked. Which program did you use for the AO? 3dsmax?
The next is the same color and brigtness for the brakelight an light. Can you reduce the brightness of both differently and bring more red into the light?
The last is the shift light and the fuel light. When the lightss on, the color can hardly be recognized, it looks like a white light.
No problem I'll fine tune those lights. For the AO I think the resolution is not the problem as I bake it on max with strong 8k resolution. I'll check the dilatation parameter (extra pixels on the uv's island border) and make it bigger, it should do the trick.
Changing the subject a little bit I've found that for some reason the headlight shader doesn't work properly anymore in 80% of the car's:

A short information about the LODs. I have made a test with the lod generator ( https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads...enerator.24394/ ), nice but only nice. I have finished the lod b, the current state of lod c is 80%. Some adjustments are needed at the template, i wait until you have reworked the AO and uploaded. A question about the lod. I can remeber i have send you the files in the fbx format, is it ok?
The physics in my opinion is ready to race. The BMW have the same lap performace as the Lancia and will attack the time from the Celica.

I have put the fbx files into the folders lod_b to lod _d and made some modification at the PSD from the wheels and the body.
Wheels= closed the holes on the bbs sprockets for the lod_b, c and d Body= added the screws, travers, rearlights and rear hood ( ext metal ) to the template for the lods. added the coolant part, closed the air outlet over the wheels and added the stripes for the holes on the hood.
Please take a look, i think you know why i havve made the modification. Hope the changes are ok.

Today I've finished the last thing that was missing: The seat belts, both on and off. The LodA is now complete. Next will check the map textures in the interior and make the necessary changes. Also check the lights that Dennis mentioned. Then I'll start put the lods together.
